Returns and Refund Policy

At Mersa, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Here’s our policy to make your return and refund process as seamless as possible:

Return Guidelines:
Products can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided they are unopened, in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging.
Return pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days from your given address, and a pickup service charge of AED 15 will be applicable.
Return or exchange is only applicable within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

FAQs About Refunds:
Refund Form: After a quality check and meeting return & refund policy terms, we will process your refund to the original payment mode OR provide store credit.

Processing Time: Refunds take a minimum of 5-7 business days to credit to your bank account or debit/credit card.

Manufacturing Defects:
If your product has a manufacturing defect, damaged, or missing parts, contact our customer service. We will resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund based on the circumstances.

Return and Exchange Process Duration:
Collection of items usually occurs within 2-3 business days from your request. The delivery of replacements takes an additional 2-3 working days after evaluation.

Applicability of Return Policy:
Our return policy applies to items delivered within the United Arab Emirates only.

Refund Process:
We process the refund once we receive the product at the Homesmiths warehouse.
Refunds will be based on the mode of payment:
Credit/debit card payments are refunded back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
Cash payments are refunded via bank deposit or transfer or as a voucher valid for one year on
